2008 Room rates per night are in US dollars with tax included.
The rates published below are the same ones found at our front desk. During the winter season, we are unable to offer any rate discounts. We pay commissions to travel agencies with accepted reservations and an invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds
We require cancellations be made 25 days prior to planned arrival for refund of 80% of deposit. Cancellations made less than 25 days prior to planned arrival will receive 50% of deposit refund
and 7 nights before there will be no refund.
No refunds of the first night.
No cash refunds.
